How to tell the EU exclusive dealer from a grey listing

Quick answer: Three sellers get mixed up. atomstack.com is the brand’s global shop. Makerish is the exclusive authorized dealer for the AtomStack line actually sold in Europe. A grey listing is some other seller of a similar machine: the sticker can be lower, and the invoice, the warehouse, and the warranty desk are different. A domain that contains the brand name is not proof of either shop.

This page does not rank other stores, and it does not claim the lowest sticker in Europe. The check is who you pay, where the parcel leaves, and who answers when the module dies.

Four checks before you pay

Check On a Makerish order Ask any other listing
Who is on the invoice A VAT invoice in euro. Ask Service@makerish.com if the invoice needs company wording. This article does not print a trade-register number or a VAT ID. Which company name will be on the invoice, and in which country that company sits.
What the euro already includes The product-page price includes VAT. The shipping policy ships from the DE warehouse: free in Germany, €9.90 to the other EU countries listed there. Processing is typically 24–48 hours, then delivery is typically 3–7 business days. Whether VAT, shipping, and customs are inside the sticker or still to come. A lower number that arrives as an import is a different price.
Who answers on the warranty The warranty policy states one year from the original invoice date, and proof of purchase from us or an authorized dealer. For an order placed here, write Makerish with the order number. Who you email when a module fails, and whether that desk is the seller on your invoice.
Which catalog you are actually buying The seven machines in the European line. No buy link here for A24, P1, Hurricane, Kraft, or other global-only models. Whether “AtomStack Europe” on the page means this exclusive catalog, or a different assortment.

The same warranty page still contains one line that sends arrival defects to official@atomstack.com. That address is the brand shop, not a second Makerish inbox. If the invoice is a Makerish invoice, start with Service@makerish.com and the order number. About Makerish states that the 12-month warranty on these orders is handled here.

A landed price is not the lowest sticker

The shipping policy names the DE warehouse, free shipping in Germany, and €9.90 to the other EU countries on that table. Product pages state that the euro price includes VAT, and that EU deliveries we ship do not add a customs bill at the door. That is the landed price of this dealer. It is not a claim that every marketplace tab is higher, and it is not a race against a grey sticker.

A listing can be a genuine AtomStack and still be grey: bought outside this path, invoiced by someone else, maybe shipped from outside the EU. The machine can be real. The question is who is on the hook after it lands. Makerish does not turn another seller’s receipt into a Makerish warranty.

The shipping policy page also mentions Hurricane and Kraft in a delivery sentence. Those models are on the global site. They are not in the European exclusive catalog, and this article does not link them for purchase.

Brand shop, exclusive dealer, lookalike domain

atomstack.com is the brand’s own shop. Prices there are the global store’s figures, on the global store’s shipping clock. Makerish is not that shop. We do not call this site the Official AtomStack store. If another page uses that phrase, it is not this page.

Buyers have already had to separate two sites that both looked tied to the brand. A 2024 note in Top Engravers described atomstack.net and atomstack.com both presenting an official affiliation, and the later move to point the dealer site at atomstack.com. The useful part is the check, not the old domain: read who sells, not how the URL is spelled. A .eu address, or any address with AtomStack in it, does not by itself make a site the brand shop or the exclusive European dealer.

Copycat storefronts also exist. They copy a brand layout under a different address. This article does not list them. If the page will not name the company on the invoice, do not type a card into it. Write to us first if you want the company wording confirmed before you order: Contact Makerish.

Frequently asked questions

Is Makerish the Official AtomStack store?

No. atomstack.com is the brand’s global shop. Makerish is the exclusive authorized dealer for the line sold here.

What if another listing is cheaper?

Read the sticker against VAT, shipping, customs, and who handles the warranty. We do not claim to undercut every listing. The number on our product page is the VAT-included euro price for this path.

Will a marketplace unit use the Makerish warranty?

No. The warranty policy requires proof of purchase from us or an authorized dealer. A receipt from another seller is that seller’s warranty question. We do not speak for how atomstack.com treats a unit it did not sell.

Where is the trade-register line?

Not in this article. About states that a redacted authorization scan will be published when a file is ready to show. Until then, the working proof we point to is the live catalog, dispatch from the DE warehouse, a VAT invoice in euro, and the warranty desk above. If you need the company named on the invoice before you pay, ask first.

Pay the seller you can name on an invoice, from the warehouse the shipping page actually names, with a warranty desk that matches that invoice. Then pick the machine.
