AtomStack AC1 Pro Camera
The AtomStack AC1 Pro on this page is the AtomStack AC1 LightBurn camera: a USB industrial camera that overlays the bed in LightBurn so you can place artwork on the real workpiece. AtomStack specifies 5MP / 2592 × 1944, a camera body of 42 × 42 × 29 mm, and a capture area around 400 × 410 mm — sized for A-series frames near 410 × 400 mm. LightBurn is sold separately. Makerish ships it across the EU from Germany.
Use it to line up irregular stock, run several small items in one session, and skip guessing with frame-only positioning. It does not drive the laser by itself; LightBurn still runs the job. For a wireless preview camera on newer frame machines, see the AtomStack AC2.

AtomStack states the AC1 is not compatible with the Hurricane 55W CO₂ cutter. Accuracy depends on a rigid mount, even lighting, and repeating lens calibration plus camera alignment in LightBurn. Treat “sub-millimetre” marketing as a best-case after that setup, not a guaranteed tolerance.
How to set it up
- Mount the camera so the full bed is in view and the camera cannot shift.
- In LightBurn, run lens calibration, then camera alignment on a target at working height.
- Capture an overlay, place the design on the photo, then frame before you fire.
- Recalibrate if you change camera height or material thickness by a large amount.

Does the AC1 Pro work without LightBurn?
No. The AC1 is a LightBurn camera. Buy a LightBurn licence separately. LaserGRBL does not replace the LightBurn camera tools.
Will it cover an A70 Max bed?
No. Capture is about 400 × 410 mm. The A70 Max bed is 850 × 800 mm. Use the camera on A5 / A10 / A20-class frames, not on the large cutter.
Do you ship the AC1 Pro outside Germany?
Yes. Free shipping in Germany, €9.90 to other EU countries, VAT included, 12-month warranty, from the German warehouse.
